Practical questions

Before you book.

Do I need a plant to book a demo?
No. We walk you through real operational plants from our live portfolio. If you prefer to see your own plant integrated during the demo, we can arrange that — it simply requires a short setup conversation first.
Is there a fee for the demo?
No. The demo is free and non-binding. We find it is the best way for technical buyers to understand what SunSniffer actually delivers.
How long is the demo?
Typically 30 minutes, extending to 45–60 minutes if there is a strong technical Q&A. You decide the depth.
Can I bring colleagues or partners?
Yes. We frequently run demos for multi-stakeholder groups — technical, commercial, asset management. Just let us know in the form.
Is an NDA available?
Yes. If your discussion requires confidentiality on specific plants or integration plans, we can send a mutual NDA in advance.
Do you work with clients outside of Europe?
Yes. SunSniffer is deployed globally — Europe, North America, Middle East, Asia. The platform supports local language requirements and NEC / IEC / SunSpec market standards.
